Our mission is to raise healthy and socially well adjusted Shaded Silver and Chinchilla Silver Persian kittens to be placed in loving family-oriented homes.

Nestled in the Shenandoah Valley, our cattery is a family love affair. Our kittens and cats are part of our family and are never caged. They live with us, our grandson, Austin, and our dog Coty. They have the run of the house.

Shensilvers is dedicated to the memory of Baby Doll (left) and Beemer (below). Like our good friends, Tammi and Jerry Bulovas, we were blessed with our girls for almost 20 loving years of companionship. We do what we do because of the relationship we had with these beautiful Silver Persians.

Silver Persians are companions unlike any other breed of cat.  They thrive on and will love the relationship they have with you. They will seek you out and want to be in your presence.

Our cattery is PKD, DNA negative tested and we will not breed any cat that is not PKD negative.

We place pets and show cats in loving family-oriented homes. We will not knowingly place one of our kittens with any family where we are not sure that it will be loved and treated with kindness. In return you will have a companion that you will cherish for many, many years to come. If you have loved one of these kitties before you know what I am talking about. If you haven’t, then I promise that you will have a companion that you will cherish for many years to come.

If you do not want an in-your-face kitten that will require some of your time in grooming and general care, but in return will adore you, then these kittens are not for you.

IF AT ANY TIME YOU DO NOT WANT THIS KITTEN, WE WILL TAKE IT BACK WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. We will find the Silver a loving home and take no money in return from the new owner.
