1. Shensilvers agrees to provide you with a healthy kitten. Your kitten will receive an exam by a State licensed veterinarian and will be given a written health guarantee. Purchaser has one (1) week to have kitten’s health verified by a licensed veterinarian. In the unlikely event that a kitten is not found to be in good health, purchaser must request replacement kitten within said one (1) week.

2. Shensilvers’ kittens are sold as pets have no breeding rights. Purchaser agrees to spay or neuter kitten by six months of age.

3. Shensilvers will provide a pedigree and registration papers for this kitten upon presentation of a veterinarian’s certificate of neutering or spaying.

4. Under no circumstances will this kitten be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop, research laboratory, or similar facility.

5. Purchaser is not a cat breeder.

6. Purchaser agrees to provide proper care and medical treatment for kitten.

7. Purchaser agrees that the kitten will not be caged or be outdoors without a leash.
